Stonehill, Lennar’s newest community in the Liberty Lake area, is bringing much needed new single-family homes for sale to Spokane County.

The official grand opening on Sept. 17 offered fun for all ages including complimentary coffee from Surge Coffee Truck, treats from Hello Sugar, and award-winning sandwiches from Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese. Guests also took part in a bounce house, face painting, giveaways and tours of the community’s all-new model homes.

“Our grand opening was exciting, and we’re still eager to show off this incredible new opportunity to own in this desirable area,” said Bill Salvesen, Division President of Lennar Inland Northwest. “Our new homes, which home shoppers can experience via model tours, offer incredible value and a prime location close to coveted recreation like golfing, fishing, hiking and more.”

The two model homes, showcasing the Hazelwood and Goldenwood plans, from the Cottage Collection, are now selling at Stonehill. In total, there are only a limited 30 homesites available from this collection in three distinctive floorplan layouts.

Sizes range from approximately 1,849 to 2,213 square feet of living space with three to four bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. All home designs include modern kitchens, open living areas and luxurious owner’s suites.

Stonehill is a master-planned community by Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. Lennar has become distinguished for its Everything’s Included® philosophy and approach to homebuilding, by including many popular features that other builders consider as upgrades, Lennar homeowners can enjoy them at no additional cost. Notable items in all homes at Stonehill include quartz kitchen countertops, full front and backyard irrigation, designer-selected color schemes, fenced yards, Ring security kits, whole-home Wi-Fi from eero, smart garage door opens and more.

Homeowners at Stonehill enjoy a variety of benefits from living in the master-planned community including onsite amenities such as tree-lined trails and a park. The community’s ideal location is situated within minutes of popular recreation including golf courses, water activities at Liberty Lake, hiking trails, ski slopes in the winter and more.

Stonehill is now selling single-family homes from the Cottage Collection. Two more collections will include townhomes and single-family homes, coming soon. Now is the perfect time to claim a home in this growing community.
